The Problem: Hard Water Causes Extreme Scale Build-up

What is Limescale

Limescale is a complex, chalky deposit consisting mainly of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), that often builds up inside kettles, hot water boilers, and pipework, especially for hot water. It is also usually found as a similar deposit on the inner surfaces of old pipes and other surfaces where "hard water" has evaporated.

American Valve warrants, to its initial purchaser only, that its ScaleRX™ Ion Polarization System products which are delivered to the initial purchaser, will be the kind described in the order or price list and will be free from defects in craft or material for a period of twelve (12) years from the date of delivery to you, our initial purchaser. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within twelve (12) years after the date of the initial delivery to our initial purchaser, American Valve will, upon written notification thereof and substantiation that the goods have been stored, installed, maintained, and operated by American Valve's recommendation and standard industry practice, correct such defects by suitable repair or replacement at American Valve's own expense. Suppose any ScaleRx™ Ion Polarization System alleged to be defective is returned to our factory in Greensboro, NC.
