GARAGE & MAIN FLOOR

• New water heater in factory box and installed by us, is delivered to your home free of charges.

• Limited to typical garage and first-floor access involving 0 to 3 outside stair steps.

• A flat level concrete or paved pathway is required. Additional charges for rough terrain.

• Customer is responsible for ensuring a clear pathway (36" wide) including boxes, furniture or any debris, for the safe transporting and installation of the water heater.

• Certain stairways, marble floors, or other obstacles may involve additional charges.

• Water heater is moved to installation location, unpacked and all cardboard and waste removed.

 

SECOND OR MORE FLOORS​

 

• Water heaters 75-Gallons and above and located up a flight of stairs will be replaced with a tankless water heater only.

• Older water heaters 75-Gallon and above must be removed by others.

 

IN ATTICS

 

• Water heaters 75-Gallons and above located in attic space will be replaced with a tankless water heater only.

• Older water heaters 75-Gallon and above must be removed by others.

 

DIFFICULT DELIVERY

 

• Due to outside terrain, types of walkways and stairways, second floor or multiple floors, marble/tile/wood floors, etc. may involve additional charges to protect your flooring and complete the installation with extra manpower.

• We reserve the right to decline installations and or delivery involving risk of personal injury or property damage and unreasonable request.
